Redspot Car Rentals

I was ripped off by this company a few years ago, they alleged I scratched the whole of the Bonnet of the car and tried to use tip ex to correct it. I swear on my life I did not do that. They just took the money from my account $1200... It still angers me, they refused to show me any pictures of the car and the alleged damage. I was travelling up the east coast when I found out they had taken the money...They didn't notify me of the issue, just took the money. I had saved and worked hard to get that money for travelling. Its taught me to always get fully comp insurance with zero excess. Not worth the hassle. They may have changed their ways now but reading recent reviews it doesn't sound like it! My advice would be to use another company.

We have again used the service and again we have found the service, efficient and reasonable value for money. The staff were once again very friendly and helpful and assisted us exceptionally. As we didn't know the company had changed its name to Enterprise it was a bit confusing when we went to collect the car and found the office with new signs and colour considering our booking still showed Red Spot. After from that we are impressed with your service and will continue to use when required

I found Redspot to be very good value. We got the car we needed.nThe office at Sydney Domestic Airport was difficult to find if coming from Qantas terminal but apparently they are only permitted 2 signs to give directions. Maybe a small map on the sign would be useful.nThe office staff were very friendly and helpful.

Now they provide a great offering, however, you get to Sydney Airport, spend half an hour looking for RedSpot, and only after asking around do you find out you have to go to Enterprise!!! Redspot it would be nice to tell your customers this little piece of information.
