I've been using this brand from many years and had a terrible experience today. I selected a wrong shoe size by mistake and the staff did not understood the situation for exchange. It was not damaged or anything just lost a very little shine on the outside bottom. The staff refused to exchange it and I wasted my money. This is really not fair. Should understand loyal customer's situation when they always trust the brand.
Very busy today but the staff were there were just great and very helpful. A great experience.
The 2 girls that were working on Fri 30th October 20 were very helpful and friendly. Bought 2 pairs of shoes, plus 2 pairs of socks got myself a bargain as they had 20% off 2 pairs.
Had to visit for work shoes. Staff greeted and had great attitude. Will shop for sure.
