Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rarely give bad reviews. But the service I received today at the car hire place in the hotel at Coogee was beyond shocking. The worst. Sri who claimed to be the owner of this place (!) was most difficult, rude and argumentative as I tried to collect. I didn't have my physical license. I didn't have the other driver with me. Just kept threatening to not rent me the car believing he was in some sort of position of power. This was after calling me at 730am to collect the car early because he was having staffing issues. I can only imagine. Take your business elsewhere. Who needs the stress.

Honestly the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Long term rental, incredible daily rate for a premium car, personalised and super helpful service, and I really felt looked after throughout the two months I rented from these guys. I couldn’t recommend Diana and the team more and will definitely be contacting Enterprise for my next car rental.

Will never use them again. Booked a car over 1 week in advance. Arrived to the location and they told me they had no cars available, didn't bother to call me before hand to let me know, just waited to tell me when I arrived. They said I had to go to the airport location to get a car from there. They drove me to the airport. I received no apology from the manager there, she didn't even smile or say hello.

They will cancel on you less than 24 hours before you are due to pick up your car. And they won't bother to get another car from an Enterprise branch nearby. Shocking
