I am extremely regretful for used this company after being in a not a fault accident, everything was going ok to begin with until the end of the hire as their inability to recover the cost from the other parties insurance.nnAfter being advised that i was definitely not at fault they sent me a letter of demand requesting i pay the full amount of the hire. THEN after refusing to pay as per their service STATES ' AT NO COST TO YOU'' they have now sought legal action to which now i have a debt collection agency constantly harassing me.nnDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Very easy to organise, the drop off and pick up staff were polite and friendly. The substitute car was good too.
