Bought some shoes that later turned out to be uncomfortable. The staff and manager were so lovely. Even though I'd had the shoes for a little while, they were so happy to change them or let me get a different pair - which I ended up doing. I'll be shopping there every time I need shoes. Lovely shoes, lovely people and great service.
I had a look around this brand new store today as I need to purchase a pair of walking sandals for a holiday in hot climates, that also look elegant. Something strappy and feminine. I thought this would be a big ask, apparently not in this store. They have an amazing array of shoes in store and the staff are extremely helpful in finding what you require. I will be back with my other travelling companions so that we can all be kitted out with gorgeous shoes for our up and coming holiday. This fabulous store Is a welcome new addition to Southgate Shopping Centre.
