It means showing the customer how important he or she is to you and the business by interacting with he or she in a friendly- helpful and positive way.”nnToday my daughter and I had the pleasure of meeting Liz, the store manager at Hurstville. Liz definitely surpassed our expectations, she put the customer (my 11 year old daughter) first and it was so nice to have had such a positive outcome. Thank you Liz, we will be back.

Not sure why they don’t train staff for good customer service. Until I visited Hurstville’s Skechers, I used to believe that Skechers was world class brand with good customer service.nnThey only had two staff. One rude lady was busy in counter and another gentleman working there had no idea what he was doing there. I still wonder how they plan to run such busy store with just two staffs. One Rude Lady on Counter and One Clueless Gentleman looking after the Stock.

Super happy with my purchase AND the service!nStore Manager Liz is always bubbly and smiling. I only get served by her as the conversation flows so easily and she helps me choose the perfect pair of shoes everytime! And the store always looks so nice and tidy ud83dude0a

I had very bad experience in Hurstville Skechers shop. The sales girl was very very rude and she doesn't know anything about customer service . I tried two pairs of shoes and I decided to buy a pair. I went to the counter to pay for the pair. She yelled at me and said can you brought the shoes from the floor. I couldn't believe it at first then I saw she is determined. If I didn't pick up the shoes and brought to her , she would not take the money. I was in a hurry, that is why, I bought from that shop . Still, I am in shock , I cant forget her behaviour. Skechers is a well known Brand , they should be more careful and provide training to those young kids before putting them in the floor. She told me she is in that shop for over a year . Over one Year - and this customer service . Such a shame .In future, my family will never visit to Hurstville Skechers, ever.

Would just to thank Liz for being so helpful and ordering me a pair of shoes that arrived by post the next day. She made my shopping day more enjoyable and I ended up buying two pairs of shoes.
