Worst customer service, booked a truck online days in advanced then received a call the morning I needed the truck for work and was told that there was no trucks available. Guy at the counter doesn't answer the phone said he would call me back waited hours no call back tried calling multiple times no answer. Absolute joke

Hired a truck to move on sun 6th December 8am. They cancelled it at 3pm on the day before... as if moving isn’t stressful enough. I wasn’t even given 24 hours notice. I was then offered a 10% discount off my next hire..... with that sort of service, I will never use this company again :(

Hired a truck to move house and thrifty canceled on me the day of, The social and financial cost of thrifty not honouring our agreement is beyond measure, I will never recover. Only a heartless ghoul would do this to people in their time of need, judging by the other reviews this is a common occurrence and I hope people learn the lessons of those of us unlucky enough to fall prey to this

Very friendly and responsible staff is working there. I booked a truck here at 8:00 am and it was ready on time. The truck condition was nice. I definitely do recommend this office to rent trucks there.
