Rude stuff , unprofational, non respectnI bought 2 shoes with glue on it they gave me the display Items without knowing me when I back to the shop to exchange or refund they rejected my enquiry , they are so rude and disrespect customersnTo the manger or owner of the novonTrain ur stuff to have a professional customers service plz, never back and not recommend at allnManner :0nattitude :0nRespect :0nListener :0nPoor stuff and quality of the shoe but the most important being respectful with customers need

The saleswoman didn't know the material of the shoes. I asked if an item was real leather or not, she said she doesn't know amd i asked if she can check whe said no which turned me off the sale

Everything is so cheap and shoes are still fashionable it's a relocation sale but not all sizes are available so you and your luck

I went into Novo shoes to try one a pair of boots I had seen at another novo store but didn’t have my size. I went to ask one of the girls that was working there who appeared to be doing stock at the time. As I went to ask for the size I wanted to try on, she gave me a serious look, not even a smile or any form of verbal communication. Just a stare. Luckily another staff happened to come out from the back and assist me. After I had tried those shoes I wanted to find out the model name and once again I encountered the same girl with just a stare, not even a smile. And she told me the name but in a tone as if I was stupid. I then went to ask her and said sorry to be a hassle but if I could try on the left size of another shoe and once again just a serious stare gets the shoe out of the box and throws it on the counter. From my perspective, she did not demonstrate customer service. Clearly unprofessional. I prefer to take my money else where customer is valued and the workers radiate a passion for what they do.

10/10 customer service! My sister and I purchased two pair of boots from here today and the sales assistant was absolutely fantastic! She was super helpful and great.
