Wow wow wow,nThe staff there today 29/11/2020 at around 1pm, absolutely ignored my existence and did not approach me or ask if I needed any help with anything after wondering around in-store for exactly 10minutes I had $1200 to spend and guess what all they do there the staff is look at each other and think its a joke not a professional clothing sales job.nnJust cause I wore shorts and a $5 shirt from kmart u want to assume and judge after this i will never step foot in Yd merrylandd again.nnThank you to Johnny Big and Connor clothing on the same level for making my time worthwhile.

Dr Muhammad Navaid AhmednMay 14, 2020, 11:07:24 AM GMT+10nnI bought new shoes from YD Stocklands Merrylands on 12th May (receipt barcode P 637108182).nI tried them on at home the next day literally for 2 minutes and did not find the material or fit comfortable, in fact they seemed quite uncomfortable. So I took the shoes back to the store in its original box with original tags to return, The lady at the store was extremely rude and refuse to accept the return saying the shoes has been worn. I was shocked to hear that as the shoes were only worn for two minutes inside my house. I pointed this out to the shop lady but she started making all sorts of excuse,nHence I have left a totally new pair of size 9 leather brand new shoes that were only worn for 2 minutes at home snd were only bought two days ago as a charity at your merrylands shop. Take this as donation as your company really needs it given its inability to accept returns of unused brand new products. I would also like to post this incident on your facebook and twitter accounts.nnYou are really an unprofessional, opportunistic and greedy organisation and I regret buying from all you those years.nThanksnDr M N Ahmed
