Called the store 25 times over the course of 1 week, no response or a callback. Went to the shop looking for a specific sneaker having the photo and name yet the attendant somehow couldn't (or wouldn't) look it up in their system despite having the exact same sneker in a different colour. Avoid this shop

My wife purchased my son Nike sports shoes from JD Sports at Merrylands shopping centre and man convinced her she needed the crew protect resistant barrier as my wife didn't understand why.nThe following day she returned to the shop to return the shoes as they were a bite tight on my sons foot, but would not return the crep protect resistant barrier.nShame on JD staff for taking advantage of my wife that way.nVery disappointed and will not shop there ever again and will tell all my friends about this situation.

I have been into the store and bought new kicks .The guy who showed and helped with the size was very polite and humble . The costumer service on the console was completely opposite and disappointing not even greeting the costumers . I could understand if it was on closing hours of store but it was in the arvo when I went in .
