Poor customer service after I was sent wrong size and attempted to locate a store to exchangenThe returns process is too much hassle and can take up to 21 daysnConsider how much I spent on these shoes I would have thought the process would have been easiernI was asked by clarks to leave a review and I did then was sent an email this morning saying they wouldn't be publishing it because it wasn't positivenClearly they don't want people seeing the truthful negative aspects about their storenI will not be purchasing from here again and I will not be referring friends

Guys please don't go to this place it's just a joke the staff seems very nice at first and as soon as their is a issues with their product they fail to acknowledge what the staff member said themselves.nTotal waste of money and time.

Shocking lack of service today around 2:30pm. It was my wife in the store who nearly bought some boots, the sole worker not listening properly, spending all her time on the phone clearly not caring whether she sold anything....My wife gave up as did every other customer in the store.

Brought at Clark's online, and went to Parramatta to exchange for size, the staff Iris is very helpful and friendly, went extra miles to serve customer and assist me who know nothing about kid's shoes. We need more people like Iris in retails. Being in retails for years, floor staffs' performance are measured by sales, but we forget how important it is to keep the existing customers.nWill definelty shop at Clark's again, thank you so much for your help Iris, wish you all a Merry Christmas and happy 2021.

We came into Clark's Parramatta on Monday around 10:30am, customer service started well purchased black pair men's sandals but not listening to our request the team member processed the wrong colour when I had told the team member I wanted the black sandals became very displeased with what we had said, I work in Retail and understand that customer service is very important regardless of the customer's decision we still need to maintain the service at a level of excellence at all times if not look for another job, you loose business with that sort of attitude.
