Purchased a suit for an event. Had it measured up to be altered. Was told the expected date and time, arrived a few days after that to pick it up. Received the suit untouched with the pins still in it!

Had 2 bad experience. Boxing Day I bought a T shirt & charged $10 extra. Last week, I bought white T shirt & had the label 2 for 50. When I went to the counter to pay, charged $35 each. I guess the cashier guy has removed that sticker. 2 horrible experience at the same store

At first I was planning of giving this shop 5 stars for a wonderful attention and help that we received from a sales lady named Natasha. She made it easy for me to put together a good attire that I can wear for a wedding. Then that's where it stopped. It wasn't probably her fault as she probably don't work there everyday. I decided to get the jacket that I bought to be altered and said they can do that for me. I thought great, a complete full service. I was told it will be a quick job and I should be getting a text or call real soon. A week and half later no message or call received. I rang up to ask and that's when all of the stars starts falling down. The most obnoxious guy spoke at the other line. Without even asking me for an invoice or ticket number for purchase verification, just said that they might not have it and even had the audacity to tell me that I might have bought it from other YD shop, but confirms that Natasha works there. When I asked if why they kept the jacket for that long without notifying me and the answer is not worth the time in insisting for an answer. I finally went there to pick up the jacket and was met by a girl at the counter with a greeting that makes you feel unwelcomed. No thank you or anything while handing over the jacket and by the way was poorly done by the tailor. the inside lining inside the sleeve was not sewn properly and was left with a hole. So I spent more than $600 on this shop but did not get the proper treatment that I expect.

Yesterday around 4 pm i visited for buying some tees. Lady at the counter was so rude with me. Definitely not rekon this kind of staff. Even after checkout she didn't said any thank you or something as if she is doing favour to me. But the guy at shop was so nice and helpful. 5 star for guy and 1 star for girl.
