Walked into this store looking to buy a pair of heels. Was not greeted or served at all despite being the only person in the store. Manager was having a very loud conversation and employee was just standing at the counter doing nothing.. Walked straight out to another shoe store and was assisted much better. Glad my money wasn't wasted here.

Popped into Billini Parramatta a few Fridays ago mid morning to view shoes for my engagement and just to have a look in general. The lady was very helpful! I walked out with two comfy pairs! I did look every where for simple nude leather strap heels (not too high) and only found them here. The customer service was really impressive.
