Really good service, and selection of quality shoes.
Very good quality shoes at great prices.
The Asian sales assistant has a severe attitude problem. She was wearing inappropriate clothing and was not helping the lady behind the counter process the transactions. She was more concerned with slamming shoes into boxes, yelling at customers to stand back when they were lining up and told a young child not to play with his toy on the chair even though no customers needed to use it at the time. This lady displayed no customer service skills whatsoever even she is selling expensive shoes. It was supposed to be a special time as I was picking out my shoes for my wedding day and she soured the whole experience. The other sales assistant was really nice and was picking up the slack of this other lady that needs to be dismissed.
Quality products and quality service. Staff there always go the extra mile to help. All time favourite shoe shop.
Bought a lovely pair of boots. Lets hope dey last long.
