Bought a shoe 4 days ago, wore it for 2 days and the lace got separated from the upper part of the shoe.nnUpon returning it to the shop with its original box, bag and receipt , I was told by the staff there that because Ive worn it for 2 days a refund cant be made until the manager ( who is not in today) can check it, return it to the main office and make a decision.nnKnowing my rights, I told her its not worth me coming back again as Im time poor and insisted politely that I am within my rights to get an instant refund based on the goods being defective and not fit for purpose and its only been 4 days from purchase date. The staff member went to the back and called the manager who asked her to give me a refund . She did so hesitantly, no apologies, no thank you , nothing.nnI can into the shop while having in mind to exchange the faulty one with another shoe, left out with intention to never go back again ud83dude0f.
