Plain rude, service? Pppfft! Doesn't exist. The ladies here need to go back to training on how to acknowledge customers instead of chatting to friends they know in the store.

came in the other day, staff member that was on was extremely rude and called security because I wasn't wearing a mask even though I had an exemption. Not how I expect to be treated.

Every time I come to this store I receive amazing service! They listen to my needs and help me find the right shoes. All of the staff are very helpful, they know a lot about their shoes and have great styling advice.
