Great friendly staff, quickly and efficiently arranged the car I booked,the car was clean fresh and we'll maintained. Returning the car was just as easy! Very happy with the entire experience and would recommend this company to everyone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ud83dudc4dthumbs up to the company.

Deceptive and fraudulent. I took out insurance when I hired a moving truck, then I accidentally damaged my neighbours car while driving the truck. I lodged an Accident Claim Form with ANIS and paid the excess, as per the insurance agreement. Since then, their claims department haven't responded to any emails and the neighbours insurance company are pursuing legal action to recover the costs of repairing the neighbour's car.nI have had to lodge complaints to ACCC, ASIC, Fair Trading, and NSW police.nI wouldn't trust this company.

Had a fantastic experience with Anis Auburn dealing with Rao and Umair. They also went out of the way to waive off one days rent when we picked the car next day. Pleasant to deal with and highly recommended!!!

The receptionist had so much attitude (the lady with black hair) learn how to greet and smile with customers. Overall car rentals is nice but looking at the staff i am not going there anymore.
