Enterprise Car & Truck Rental

Worst experience ever. The guy there is a liar. Forced me to pay for insurance saying I would not be covered at all if I had a damage even caused without being at fault. What company rents cars without insurance ? Cheap price advertised but $29 a day for insurance. I asked on the phone for how much it would be to extend for another 2 days as my car still at the mechanics. It would come to $190. I refused and did not want to extend, the guy charged my credit card anyway. I had to ask for a refund and they did not do it, saying he could not do it by himself. Now have to wait to get the money back. This company is a rip off.

When inspecting the car at the time of pickup, we spotted a small dent in the bumper. The Enterprise assistant said it was too small to count but that he was making a note of it on his laptop.nHowever, after we dropped it off we found out the dent was significant enough to cost us our deposit and he had made no note on our agreement.nnIn the old days they used to circle dents on the car on a piece of paper, now they use the ipad you cannot see what they have written and are just shown the signature page to sign...nnAbsolutely furious with Enterprise over this as it's cost us over 500 pound.nnNever use them again.

Very good service, impressive the wat they help me. Most of all affordable price so that I can move my house at a such cheap. Hino truck was nice and clean. Never been happy with rental company but this guy. Only wish they can provide a hand trolly.

Very helpful staff...especially Sheriff... only because of him our trip hadn't been ruined. Car was in a good condition and good price.

Giving them 1 star just because I can’t give them a 0. Absolutely worst service. Held my $1100 for no reason, made about 100 calls to find out the reason the answer i get everytime is we will give you a call back but didn’t get any calls from anyone.nI called the customer service and got to know that headrest were missing, but it had no headrest when they gave it to me as the seats were folded. The guy in the office is so rude to talk to and don’t care what’s happening.nCheck the reviews and found there are many reviews of them holding the deposit and unauthorised money from so many people.nAvoid this company.
