Instead of being given the keys to the car I had booked, I was given the excuse that they have been overbooked and “it shouldn’t have been able to happen”. Sharon, the lady who served me, did nothing to negotiate a solution, offered no other cars, said I could come back the next day and be charged full price for the convenience of being stuffed around.nIt would seem Customer Service is an aspect of business that ‘Budget’ has no interest in being inconvenienced by.

Fantastic customer service staff were sooo friendly and polite needed a van ASAP they had the perfect one for me. Will definitely hire from here again ☺ufe0f

Excellent. Vehicle's are great service is even better. Contacts are easy to understand and the prices are better still.

Very poor customer service.nThey said that I can get a refund if I return earlier than I booked.nI requested a refund of rest, but still haven't received it. I called few times and talked with them again again.nBe mindful waste of your time and money.

It's a convenient service, good car, good rates, but I was unfairly charged for fuel and customer service shrugged off my complaint.nnHowever, my google review got the attention of the centre manager who arranged for a refund and solved the matter quite efficiently. Thanks Daniel!
