IDK what to tell you but if your customer goes to your competitors store because they weren't happy with your service, that has to tell you something about this company. Forcing a customer to buy a shoe that she wasn't particularly happy on, what a joke. Sorry to break it to you.

Customer service is shocking actually there was NO nice customer service , one lady working there other customers in shop should have more than just one staff member , was rude to my mother law. Never recommend this shop, word of mouth is powerful tool when you get such horrible rude service you tell others, and they tell others.
