Honestly the worst service you could get. The manager lady is so rude and disrespectful. She didn’t wanna refund us for the shoe blaming it on the system but didn’t even make an effort, we asked her to try and she straight up said no. We spent over $1000 bucks on everything and she could not even help me refund the shoes. Honestly i will never ever get anything from Politix Bankstown and thanks for ruining my fiance’s whole wedding outfit. Will definitely be making a call to the head office to get this sorted.
Always have stylish and great fitting suits. They sometimes have good sales and even give you a gift voucher if you sign up with an email address in store. The staff are great and very helpful with directing you to something that is suitable. Suits are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend.
