Cannot fault the experience I had today. Sales assistant Mohammed was great! Extremely helpful, looked after me with alterations and sizing. Couldn't be happier with the service. I will be going back for all work attire from here on out. Would recommend to everyone

Service was good, just a quick shop, in and out pretty much within 5 mins. I knew what to get already
I have come to Yd store to collect my alteration. As it is supposed to be opened at 9.00 am but not opened yet. As i go to yd myer center asked when the store will be open. He told me staff is getting late and ask me to wait for 10 min but it is not opened yet. Such a bad customer service and disrespect to customers. Same on you yd bankstown. It is not even open up to 10.00 am. One guy come at 10.10 with key but he said he cant open the store. This is pure negligence from staff to customer. I have been waiting for more than 1 hour but still i cant get my things.
