When I was there a lady called Marian served and there is no definition word to say how bad she is I purchased 4 thongs and 1 shoe at the cashier she served another customer when I was pulling my card out and I m a regular customer I always shop there but never in my life I have ever experienced the worsted service in my life and when I talked to her about something she turned her face and ignored me and looked at me and didn’t answer and she threw the shoes on the tablenI really hope the manager does something about this cause then people who come here regularly won’t ever step foot here again!!!!!

I bought a pair of shoes wore it once for half an hour next time I went to put them on the lac was broken. I went past and asked what they can do and the lady said bring them in we will repair them, I asked do I need tge receipt and she said its OK if you don't have it. Today I took them in after taking photos and saying its the first time it happens (like she was accusing me ) she said when did I buy them and I told her last month. After going into trouble to find when I purchased on my phone in my bank app she said she has to find the receipt. I didn't know shoes are just purchased to wear once. I took the shoes and left I am going to pay to get them fixed if that is possible but never going back. Not me not anyone I know.
