Absolutely no customer service or professionalism in dealing with customers. I bought 3 pairs of shoes for $188 and one of the shoes heel started to ware out within less than a week , so took it back and the girl advised she will send it to the repairer and they will either fix them or exchange them. After waiting 2 weeks she calls back and advised she can’t do anything about it. So took 2 weeks for them to get back to me with no solution. Absolutely disgusted!

The worst customer service expirence I have ever had, was served by a arrogant rude girl by the name of Yasmine. I will never buy from this store again ! The worst attitude!
