Other than the girl in the women’s shoe section who is just lovely you fill find zero customer service at this store.nStaff can also be rude. I suggested a click and collect option and the girl serving me at the front desk replied we don’t want it, it’s too much work for us. You there to work or chat amongst your colleagues rather than engaging with customers. What kind of response is that? Management needs a recall on their staff.

This store just felt like an online store with zombies standing around for freennI asked for some assistance with ordering shoes and they sent to the counter.nI was stuck line for about 10minutes to be told that I couldn’t order it.nIt was my first time shopping in a JD sport and it felt like all the uni student working in here were unhappy and did not care for customer service. I did find the product around the corner which was much more positive and accommodating to my needs. I hope my next experience is a better one because it’s a shame that a beautiful store is run by ignorant kids with no knowledge.

(review cctv from 2:15pm to 2:30pm i can also be there incase of some timing issues. ). As im not the 1st customer to be cranky about your ignorant register operators!nnAt approx 2:10 pm on Sunday 07/03/21, I walked into your store as i was looking to purchase a Nike/ Adidas zip up jacket/ track suit. After trying on a few (rare availability in my size _ xl) i was ready to make a purchase.nnAs the wonderful floor person (young man) took my chosen products to the counter for me (this guy was working around the nike area when he helped me and told me how i could use the instore ordering system. i walked up to the checkout area. I was 2nd in line and as i looked straight into the eyes of the 2nd girl at the register expecting her to call me to the 2nd register as it was not being used to finalise my purchase but she ignored me. Played around with other customers purchases eventhough i was ready to pay cash for my items at over $390. Then a 2nd team member (male) came to the register, had a chat with the 2nd girl but still ignored me. The customer & team member infront of me were obviously having issues. Customer service#@jdSPORTSLIVERPOOL needs to wake up asap!nnIts obvious the company and store managers dont care as they never address the issues.nnJD Sports????

Glad that there is finally a JD store close to me. The store at Liverpool exceeded my expectations. Staff are friendly and are always willing to provide assistance. Only down fall is that in order to get assistance, you have to search for them as they seem to never be around when you need them, besides that great store and great products.

Came here today & an employee from an asian background (didn’t get his name) wearing a mask refused my partner’s & I entry as we were not wearing a mask. I explained that we are medically exempted & he still refused entry quoting “that’s what my manager told me”. First off it is illegal to refuse entry because of a mask exempted by medical reasons & second management clearly needs to educate staff on legal aspects of covid. Please refer to the legislation as I will definitely be reporting this. As a result, we left as I was not in the mood to argue.
