hi, I was in novo shoes at warringah mall a couple weeks back, I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the girl who is usually there. she has dark hair long hair very pretty girl, store manager or similar,'. She was so welcoming, helpful and extremely knowledgeable with product and fit. I have not been into a store where I have felt so comfortable. Although I did not buy anything because the event was still months away I told her straight away and she still helped me like she helped another paying customer regardless of me purchasing or not. Thank you again, you have a real gem on your hands!!
Has many good shoes however, the customer service i experienced on 8/11/2018 around 3:45 was less than good. I was never asked if i would like to have a different shoe size or if the shoe fit well as i was trying on a shoe. I was completely ignored throughout the whole experience. staff need major training in how to interact positively around customers and to make them feel welcome...
I visited the store today (18 June 2019) was barely acknowledged, two staff were standing at the counter busy gossiping
