Thrifty Car & Truck Rental Brookvale

Rented a truck from Thrifty to move from Dee why to Moss vale in the southern highland. The Lady at the counter who welcomed me was very professional and friendly and explained everything I needed to know before setting off.nWe had no issues with the vehicle and drop off of the vehicle was very easy and quick. No hidden extra cost as we new about any additional costs before leaving the depot.nHighly recommend Thrifty and will defiantly use there service in the future.nnThank younnGrant

Thrifty should be so proud of this team of people. I dealt with several of the staff at Brookvale during the pickup, extension and return of the vehicle I hired and found them to be incredibly polite, service orientated and efficient. The car was clean and in excellent condition, but it was the people that made the experience faultless.

I booked a van on Thrifty’s website last weekend which was easy and thorough. The prices are reasonable with good conditions. It was short notice but a van was available thank goodness and I was really happy with the customer service. Firstly with a reminder call as I was running a wee bit late before their closing time and then the warm and friendly greeting I received from Tom plus the fast check was all great. After a quick chat we went over the van’s bumps n bruises and I was on my way.nThe van ran really well for my 3 day hire as I drove a good distance on the motorway and I filled it right up as there’s lots of space in the back.nMy drop off encounter was friendly, quick and easy so overall the experience was a great success, thank you.

Thrifty is my number choice for car rental. Having NRMA membership is a big benefit for a discount and upgrade. The customer service is top notch!
