Budget Car & Truck Rental Brookvale

I love the team at Budget Brookvale. I have never left a Google review before and just logged on to do so. They are kind, relaxed, and car hires are reliable. I once made the mistake of booking with Avis down the road and had a terrible experience. The service was nowhere as good and easy and Budget's. Highly recommend.

I have had a terrible experience with this branch and Budget rentals as a whole. I had to collect a rental car from this location to drive while my car was being repaired through insurance. The car I received was dirty, and definitely had not been cleaned inside. There was a clump of sticky lolly stuck to the steering wheel buttons. I contacted Budget about this and heard nothing. Not even so much as an apology. Now, months after returning the car, I have received no reply to my emails enquiring as to why my card has been debited a considerable sum of money. I returned the car clean and full of petrol, and any expenses were to be covered by my insurer. This has been an absolutely disgusting experience and I would absolutely never recommend this branch or company.

Understaffed and Limited supply!nnI reserved a Toyota hilux or similar on the 21st of April to move house on the monday 29th of April. However when i arrived at 8:40am (opens at 8am on mon) im told they dont have any of the ute's reserved. They only had a van! And told are going to go ahead with the van or not?nnThe van is 2.2 meters high and the entrance to my new parking garage is 2.1 meters high. The tall plants i needed to move would fit inside the van (would have be no issue for a toyota hilux) and then had to have the movers take them which cost me so much more as they then needed to make 2 trips.nnThe van was essentially useless.nnalso when i arrived there were only 3 people ahead me but took 35min to be seen because they had one person serving and he was answering calls while trying to look up reservations. no wonder he gave my reserved ute away, smh..nnI should and will from now on pay more money and go to a more reliable rental company.

Absolutely terrible service, double charged my card and was sworn at and hung up on when I queried them about it. Go to Avis Dee Why much better service. Avoid Budget
