I bought a thongs from them for $80 . It doesn't last even for 6 months. I used them just in summer. They are very rude and there no customer service at all. Sold items in Australia should last at least for 12 months. After many email and calls to Skechers Australia they just denied to give me refund or exchange or at least any advice. I emailed USA head office as well they just annoyingly mentioned it's not related to them. I am really advise you never ever pay that much for low quality product like that with zero and annoying customer service . When pay such a price you expect more than $3 thongs. Really sorry for this company who operates in Australia like this.

I am a regular to this brand and normally going to Skechers Hornsby. However, this time, I visited this shop purely because I was at Chatswood and needed a new pair of shoes.n*Customer service:nseems they are trained to ignore customer. No customer was in the shop with 3 staff in; however, no single staff was interested in me even after 2 of them saw me. No greet until I finally decided to approach one of them and greet to seek help: also had lack of knowledge in product - gave wrong answer which was always properly answered by staff at Hornsby.n*COVID safe :nNo QR codenNever seen staff washing their hands with hand sanitiser after servingnnNo more again.
