The girl at the store (heavily botoxed fake blonde) just couldn't be bothered. We liked a pair of Lacoste which they were selling for $189 whilst Lacoste.com.au was selling for $151. The girl flatly refused to even try to price match. She was reluctant to show us shoes and just didn't look like she wanted to be there.nnIt's no wonder that more and more retailers are perishing.
Staff was great! Very patient and helpful
Amazing service even though the guy knew I wasn't buying a pair. He helped me check my size in the same shoe in another colour and then proceeded to check if it was available to purchase online and showed me how. Amazing service. I didn't get his name but was just now. Saturday 14th December 2019 at 12:40pm. He deserves an award.
Love it has such good shoes
Appalling. I recently bought a pair of New Balance Rev Lite. On the first wear they took the skin off both my heels because the inside seam of the heels is not lined at all. (I've had countless running shoes over the years and this is the first that's not lined). When I took them back the manager Sean (who refused to give his surname) claimed that that's just the way the shoes are designed and refused any kind of a refund or exchange. The fact that the shoes are simply unwearable cut no ice with Sean. While I was there I saw someone else being refused an exchange or a refund so it looks like some kind of policy. Unbelievable!
