Fitting booking online was innovative and we were happy with the service. However, the sales girl tried to charge more than the ticketed price on the discounted shoe claiming the tag may have been swapped even though there was no evidence of that. Quite unnecessary really, to dispute the tagged price so just as well the Store Manager understood obligations and honored the price difference which wasn’t much anyway. Perhaps some training in this area would benefit.
They were very busy but they had an online system for getting into the queue, which worked really well. Amy was great with my 2 girls and didn't make us feel rushed. Pricing seemed to represent good value too. Thank you!
They measured my son’s foot as 9.5, then gave him the size 11 (they didn’t have a 10) but said that was the right size. I felt his toe and it was way too big (to be expected) so perhaps they were just trying to make a sale. They were friendly, but didn’t particularly trust their recommendation.
We went in and were assisted by Tiana, who was very attentive and took the time to understand what we were looking for and even showed us around the store to see different styles of shoes that fit our budget. She was very patient with our 4 year old son throughout the measurement and fitting process. We were very happy with her service. Even though the store was busy, we did not feel rushed to make a decision at any time.
Excellent staff at Shoes and Sox. Took the time to ensure the correct shoes / fit, and a great manner with my kids. Both Dad and kids left happy after a great experience. Definitely recommend Shoes and Sox in Chatswood
