Will not be buying from Windsor Smith again. I don't think I have ever posted a 1 start review but unfortunately had to share my experience here. I have bought 3 pairs of shoes from the store and they have always seemed to break within the a short period of time.nMy latest shoe was of suede and ripped after wearing it twice. I took it back and waited for 12 minutes for someone to show their face in the shop, and explained my concern and the shop assistant explained that the shoe would be sent to Melbourne for a Q&A review and assessed and repaired. (Seemed unusual from other stores but i went along with it). 3 weeks later i got a call to say to come pick up my shoe, it has not been fixed as it was not deemed faulty. For starters, a shoe that is 1 week old and used once - how can that not be faulty considering it ripped, secondly a waste of my time, and the companies costs to send my shoes to their ware house and not fix them? Would have been great if they could just be upfront with me and not waste my time and make me come in twicenThey don't value customer service sadly, something that is important in such a competitive industry. Regardless, quality is poor for the price. if you're buying a $40 shoe for the season, that would be as much as you can get out of it.

I bought a pair of boots and after a period of time the zip was broken no longer to be wore. They took it back as the faulty one and gave me a new pair. The staff there was so helpful and provide the information of this service to me instead of ask me to buy a new pair.nTheir shoes have been the best I ever have in the past 8 years. I also love their sandals too. just so comfy and can always last for long time.

Descent shoes if you can grab them on sale. Bit uncomfy for long days.
