I used to shop from this store and loved it with beautiful staffs were working in Boss. Lady with short hair the 2IC was so helpful and nice with me and my husband and it is such a shame she is not in business anymore. In my last visit I was really disappointed and I don’t think I can get the same service from this shop like before.
Collette at Chatswood chase is very knowledgeable and helped me find my dream suit for my special day!
One of the best Boss store I've visited. The employees are extremely helpful and are attentive to detail. I've visited a few other stores but their collection wasn't as complete as the one in chatswood. They helped me mix and match suits until it suited me. The employees are very welcoming and have awesome customer service. Overall I'd say I'm very pleased with their service.
