The Customer adviser RAF was just amazing and helped find the right stuff very quickly. 5 stars to him. Good collection store wide.
I've been shopping here for years. Today's experience, however, was especially noteworthy. The marvellous Merlin provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a men's clothing outlet anywhere: she was attentive, courteous and absolutely charming. I highly recommend that management give that woman a raise! Or a promotion! After such service I will now always come to yd first when my wardrobe needs replenishing.
