If I could rate 0 stars, the staff today at Novo Broadway would have earned it. Disgusted at the stereotyping in this store. Bought two pairs of boots and the staff attendant commented “wow” when I handed the second pair to purchase. When asked, according to the two ladies they usually expect a uni student (assuming I was) to ask for a further discount, and only business women typically buy shoes without questioning the price. Assuming a customer doesn’t have money based on their appearance is appalling and so backwards in your ‘social inclusion’ values. The same high level of customer service should be offered to everyone who walks through those doors, and it now does not surprise me when we had no greeting or assistance when browsing today. Shame on you.

The good service attitude and the right shoes made me prepare surprises for my girlfriend. This is what she likes, and every sales attitude is very good. I like this shop very much.
