After dropping the car off and overcharged me the next day by $2,000. They said it was an error. It's a bloody big error. My account was overdrawn because of them. I was told it would be fixed within the hour. Still no money or confirmation at 2:56pm. If the money isn't back in my account by 5pm I'm going to the ombudsman
ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE!!!!nnThe service is disgraceful, Ripped us off blind with cancellation fee not even 5 minutes after booking! Never gave back my refund. Website dose not work properly.nI was unable to get through to staff.
Bas communication, we did not even know where to pick up the car from. One of the employees at the counter was very rude (two of them were good, hence the 2 stars) and they had many hidden fees. We were supposed to pay 79$ for a 2 days rental, and we ended up paying 95$, and I'm still not sure why.
The price they offer online is not the same as when you pick up the car don't get sucked in to the hidden costs
