Dreadful. I booked and paid in advance for a Toyota Camry but when I arrived was told it was not there and I was forced yo accept a tiny compact car instead. This is the first time ever I have been downgraded but paid for a bigger car.
Horrible found the Redspot car when they picked it up in March when they rented it online. It took me a long time to find the car in the parking lot. It took a long time to find it. Unlike other car rental companies, the signs are obvious and no staff parked the car when the car was returned. I need to return the parking lot keys to check in counters. When the car returned in Sydney, it was raining heavily and there was a huge traffic jam. I did n’t have time to fill it up. I told the staff at the counter that they would send me an email. I did n’t think about it. They deducted my credit card at $ 187.71 without sending me an email. It was an astronomical figure. Then I checked my credit card bill and found out that in May, I was deducted by a company called Waterloo car centre Pl Mascot. $ 50.71 Google Maps One Search Directly to This Redspot Company
