At the moment I would give 4 stars as I hope improvement in the future, especially for car maintenance and the cleaning. Overall it's alright, give it try .. hope you guys doing better. All the best.

Adding a clients name & address to a reply to a complaint is a low as any person running a company can get. Never use this company unless you think that kind of disgusting behaviour is reasonable. They should be in jail for breach of privacy.

JPS CAR RENTALS = the most unreliable, unfriendly and unprofessional rental car company. From the very beginning it was a terrible experience as they never answer their phone, text only. You never meet them as they send you to their local mechanic, whom is a lovely older gentleman whom has nothing to do with JPS besides service the veichles and he has to deal with the backlash of this JPS company pretending that the office is his. When you actually get the vehicle its got half eaten chocolates in the glove box, someones tweezers and dirty tissues everywhere. HELLO COVID. But the worst part is that the vehicle is unsafe to drive and they wont swap it for another one. Just tell you to take it back, take your mobey and leave you with nothing. I could go on to tell you that they carry on about toll fines that i simply transfer to my etag but he wants you to pay them in full. SCAMMER. I paid way to much money to this company and am still waiting to recieve my bond back which was suppose to be refunded back to my back to my bank account after 10 days. I constantly call the mobile number provided and i get blocked and hung up on. NEVER EVER rent a vehicle from this man or this company ever. I have even taken steps t have this company shut down due to COVID, OH&S and the company fronting an office that is not their company. FRAUD. I am happy to provide photos of the state of the vehicles inside and out that he rents out. WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
