The staff here are amazing and so well trained. I like the ticket machine, you wait to be called inside and your treated like Royalty, you almost have the shop to yourself.nnThe way they looked after my children was delightful and we will defiantly be back.

Reading through the reviews looks like the service is hit and miss. We had a miss yesterday. We wanted to support a small business but not at the price of yucky service.

Wonderful service. Mary Anne (I think her name was) managed my rambunctious 5yo, did a thorough fitting and managed to give great advice on brands and fits. My daughter literally skipped out of the shop in her new school shoes. Thank you for making what could be a tiresome task instead something fun to remember.

The staff here are just fabulous. They take so much care to make sure the shoe fits.nnWhen we had a pair of shoes that unfortunately didn’t stand the test of time, they were replaced without any fuss at all.nnThe staff also remember the kids that have been coming in over the years and that’s really sweet.
