Staff here are super friendly. It is not the largest Platypus store so don’t expect a full range you see at the mall style stores.

Needed a pair of black walking shoes so we decided to go to platypus Newtown, I’ve already been there a couple of times, and the service is just outstanding, The store is very clean as you enter, the staff member is Friendly, warm, Cheerful and we were showed a variety of shoes and other items they sell in the store.. Friendly staff, was approached on arrival, friendly quick chat, told to just yell out if I need assistance whilst browsing, found the shoes I wanted, was quickly sat down whilst staff member grabbed my size, all was good, very happy with sale price and counter customer service. Great team and store.
