There are many reasons not to lease or rent car from this company-nn1. Insurance excess is 1500$. If there is an accident, even you not at fault you need to pay excess until they get it from third party. They used their own insurance and they try to fix the car with your money.nn2. If you get a fine, you need to pay 40$ administration fee just to transfer your name which should be free..nn3. When you take the car, make sure you taking photo of every corner... when you return they check with microscope.nn4. Overall none of my friend is happy with this company..nnPlease read contract carefully before you lease or rent??????
We have been waiting over 1 year for this company to pay for damages to our car, caused by 1 of their drivers. Barely any response, no replies and no answers by phone. This is seriously unacceptable. Lots of pain caused due to the the extremely late payments. Loss of work and mentally exhausted. We are hoping this review will reach out to the correct management and sort this issue out promptly! Hopefully this matter can be resolved privately! Solicitors and fair trading will need to be contacted to take matters further if no contact or compensation has been
Rubbish Company, worse than a loan shark. Unreasonable. Ridiculous prices, ridiculous fees, Staff are rudenThis company is abusing customers with bad credit, charging ridiculous rates. Do not rent or Rent to Own, you will pay 2.5X the original price of any car. If you are in a tough situation i would highly recommend buying a second hand car or even better save your money!nManagement is very pour! Do not go near this company!!. Helped a friend with a one off car repayment last October 2020 due to Covid19 and they have now stolen $900 from me just before Easter and I don’t even have a product or service with them!! Apparently by making a one off payment I have entered into an arrangement with them for a phantom car rental and need to give them $900 for someone else’s debit!nnRefusing to take my card no off their systems and would not stop trying to debit my card. I have called the bank and have said these people are good at defrauding. This company is a bunch of criminals and great at extortion. Stay away from them and would give them zero stars if I could!!nnAlso have tried contacting their CEO Chris King on LinkedIn and lodged a complaint with Fair trading. Next step will be lawyers until I’m compensated for all the time and mental stress these people have put me through today especially just before Easter. Also Joel “the manager” don’t even bother with his criminal service.nnPlease anyone who is reading this and has had money taken without their permission, go to your banks and fair trading and report them! There are flaws in their processes and procedures and they need to be made accountable for their criminal behaviour!!!
Keep away from them. It’s tells you it don’t need a Credit check but you do. It don’t ask for money upfront but 3 weeks you need to paid . I had one book and paid for and the day I was going to pick it up I got a phone call 10 mins before I was going to pick I got a call telling me I can’t get it. . But I paid the deposit and had a email telling me I had one. Worst company I Seen. And you see the reviews get blocked
