Hertz Car & Truck Rental Dubbo

1st time hired a car in which they claimed I had significantly damaged. As I had taken pics of the car at the start of the Rental that was quickly disproved. Accidently booked with them a 2nd time in a rush to get to my grandfathers funeral and a month later still waiting for my $200 deposit to be returned (bank stated only $148 out of $348). Worst Hertz franchise in Australia.

Went into this branch last week for a quote. Young girl behind the counter who didn’t seem to know what she’s doing said she couldn’t help me but would get the manager to call me when he was back. Still didn’t hear from anyone so called a few days later and spoke to a young gentleman on the phone and said I was waiting for the manger to call re a quote and he said he wasn’t in but would get him to call. I still haven’t been contacted so I went to your competition and they have been very helpful. Get your act together Hertz, you lost my business.
