Wow Jo Mercer shoes are so an amazing with so many variety of choices!nnSo a big thank you for the 2 lovely staff in Fyswick store after all the great customer service and they went out their way to supported us after I brought my shoes online and taken back the shoes when it was too small and enquiry to follow up the other pair I was specially looking for and now in the process waiting for more stock to come in!nnThe 2 ladies there was so professional, caring and so much Knowledge about the products until I noticed it was a long up while the other staff is waiting to use the cash register as a recommendation it was be more efficient to have 2 cash registers to keep the fast service and not losing the sales when seen a few customers walked out!nnThe 2 staff was so lovely and helpful with the services which one of the staff don’t have one name badge after I asked what her name to say thank you for the services when I mentioned where is your name badge since she is still waiting from Jo Mercer to make her a new name badge?nI have taken pictures of them while working when one staff with name badge and the other staff without a name badge for your records.nnThank you again to the lovely staff and best service also an amazing Quality of shoes!nWe will be back ud83dude01ud83dude4cud83cudffc❤ufe0fud83cudf1fnKind regards,nTrish and Therese
