Currently I am renting (from ACT) a vehicle which called rent to own. It's been close to 2 year's now. When I signed the contract everything was cool, there was a gentleman called Yaser such a fantastic person, since he left I start facing problems & issues. Two more new stuff join, who doesn't have any idea for that position, they have no customer service, very rude not even helpful. On many occasions they don't even bother to replay my emails or call me back. After two years I feel this people wants to take my car back at any chances pushing very hard with no options left.This guy's threatened me they will take my car back only for one day payment delay. Emailed me so rudely with no respect. So beware about them before you sign up.
My experience with Splend Canberra is a great one. Well maintained and reliable cars with an amazing service and support by Mr. Yaser.
