Friendly staff, quick service! The office looks a bit worn out, but the car I got is in excellent condition.
Poor communication with complicated booking system.nnBooked online for a removal truck at the start of the week with email confirmation. Upon arriving on Saturday for pickup, I was advised the email was only a booking reference not a confirmation.nnNo vehicle at the depot and I was assured to pickup the vehicle at an alternate depot. After calling ahead to confirm this i was told there was no vehicle available. A waste of an entire moving day sorting this out.
Hired a moving truck , first hire experience from Hertz and was great, hastle free online booking but plz note things are hard to get over weekends due to vehicle availability as well as extra weekend Hite charges. So if U are planning your move try a weekday if possible.
Friendly and helpful service. Quick and efficient. Good variety of new vehicles.
