Helping my parents move some furniture, we rented a truck from here with a platform lift. The lift remote socket was broken so we couldn't use it. Also the steering wheel was crooked when driving in a straight line, and the steering had about 20 degrees of free play, so to keep the truck pointed straight I had to constantly adjust the wheel left to right.nnMentioned these issues to the lady upon return, she was insolent and unhelpful.nnNot recommended to rent from here, go somewhere that maintains their fleet better.
Excellent service, friendly and efficient. Arranged taxis for me. Car was great
i had the best experience with a car rental establishment .... never have i ever been treated with the most respect and curtiousy from one of their employees a lovely kiwi guy i was made very welcoming and it made my whole rental experience satisfying to the point i used them again the following week. i will definetly reccomend this rental agency to my fellow friends and family. P.s there is a over exubirant female worker there that threw off a very bad vibe but managed to block it out.
Disgusting Customer Service. Tried to hire a truck through Samantha at the front desk, not only was she curt and rude, was completely misleading about the period of hire until I confirmed it. The owners of this franchise would do well to replace the 'face' of this business.
