Shoes are lovely, however staff are hopeless, I called back 3 times, and was totally ignored, the girl was more interested in talking then even acknowledging that I was there. I had 2 pairs of shoes in my hand that I wanted to try on, I never even got eye contact. Eventually my husband called me away, saying we must be invisible. A quick Hello, be with you soon, would have been enough. So dissapointed.

I just got my first pair of merrell shoes from Sole Coolangatta store and it is just so comfortable to wear. The staff is very friendly and pleasant.
