Chris was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest when showing me options. I tried a couple of other mattress stores and either got ignored or had poor customer service. Chris was on the ball, she was serving me and a few other people at the same time giving me just enough time to lie down before coming back to check on me. Once I had tried all the mattresses she wasn’t trying to push me into the sale and was extremely genuine. Very refreshing to see in this day and age. Would recommend to friends and family.

In this day and age when customer service is everything i just had one of the poorest experiences in the Tweed Heads store. We were clear on what we wanted and our budget. The sales consultant Chris took us around showing us all the items that were not in our specifications. We were then told that there was no room to move on price for beds and mattress. So we were shocked when we jumped on the website and could see clearly that we could save $ 50 and $150 on the items. When we raised this this with the sales person she said that if we could show this online, she could potentially adjust price. What makes this so shocking is that the sales team should be doing everything possible to make a sale rather than let us reasearch and do there jobs for them. I am a General Manager myself and was shocked by this experience and will be advising on my friends and collegues of this poor experience and we will never shop at this store again.

I bought a bedroom set almost a year ago. The set had some minor issues that really drove me crazy and finally after 10 months of trying to make do with it as other things in life going on, I called forty winks who let me replace it under warranty. We ended up paying a little extra to get a different set that's made in Australia, had a 2 year Warranty and is solid. We love the set and it will last us decades. The service we received was A+.
