Went into this store today with my adult daughter after driving past it a number of times and was excited about the experience but this was short lived as we were met by an older woman who managed to make us both feel alienated within seconds with her comments, then proceeded to alienate us even further with her sharp diatribe about how in western society we are uneducated about such things, we are actually both very well educated about such matters. I manage a homewears store on the Gold Coast and if my staff spoke to customers this way they wouldn’t last long, neither of us will ever step foot in this store again, hopefully the owner will read this comment

Wow what an amazing shop and experience. Gemma the sales assistant was outstanding. The customer service blew me away. I have been looking for a special home wear shop since arriving from the Uk 2 years ago. Happy to of finally found it *****
