Bought my new bike from Tweed 99 Bikes yesterday. I was most impressed by the customer service at the Tweed Heads store. The man happily put together a bike for my daughter even though I had stated that we wouldn’t be purchasing today. He made sure my daughter was happy with the bike and comfortable and spent a lot of time answering all my questions. Needless to say we purchased the bike that day!
First time to 99 Bikes Tweed Heads. Great atmosphere and great team. Had a Norco in for very overdue service - Alan was our technician & service member on the day. He walked us through the initial assessment and explained everything. . ... Said he’d get the bike riding like new again - and he delivered. 100% recommend him, knowledgeable, patient & really listened to our needs. Thanks Alan , will be back again for next service !
Purchased bike rack, tried to install it, wouldn't fit... so they installed it with some kinda extension pieces for me. Pretty much the best solution for an unforeseeable issue. Thanks guys!
